Firstly, I should like to send my best wishes to you all, especially those of you I have met across the recent consultation. As you are aware we served a termination notice on Three Boroughs which ended the existing management agreement we have been working with.
Rent
As such, with effect of 6th May 2024, you should pay your rent to CHISEL and not to Three Boroughs anymore.

Repairs in your home
I have suggested to Three Boroughs that the 6th of May would be a good date as the first Monday of the Month for you to report your repairs to us as we will be taking these over as well. You can report repairs on our main number by telephone Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm on 020 8692 5258 or email on [email protected]
As for other things that Three Boroughs currently carry out, we are hoping to reach an agreement for these to still be continued to be delivered by the Co-operative and for you to remain as members.
